Ostrowski Timber Sale
Located in part of SW of NE T22N R21E Wood County Wisconsin (see map)
Timber Sale Terms
1.) CUTTING AREAS (see map)
Stand 1. Taking out only the trees that are marked in stand 1a and the marked rows in 1b that are marked with an orange trunk and stump mark.
2.) Unless a written extension is granted by the seller, all timber is to be paid for, and removed within 2 years of contract award date.
3.) A 15% deposit is to be paid at the time of the contract signing and all timber is to be paid for before any trees are cut(lump sum).
4.) Contract is to be signed within 1 month of bid opening.
5.) All roads, decking areas and skid trails must be leveled to there original condition.
6.) The Buyer must also show proof of liability insurance on his equipment and employees, and compliance with Wisconsin's Workers Compensation Statutes.
7.) Due to Oak Wilt restrictions, no cutting will be allowed from May 1, to July 30.
8.) The landowner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
